Scene notes:
All Precipice clips take place on a steep drop-off, even if that drop is out of frame. They all have in common a cloud or fog layer either at below the point of view’s elevation and are at or near sunset.

The continuation of another clip. Many clips of Precipice are like one another, and some share the same scene at different times. Fog trying to infiltrate into cypress trees in foreground to illuminate rays

Scene notes:
The silhouettes of the foreground evergreen trees make two thirds of the frame. As the sun is closer to the horizon, pinks dominate the fog’s color, which is rapidly evaporating into dusk. Any light rays from the clip this is the continuation of are gone, owing to the position of the fog now being behind the trees.

1 of 7 | Napali Coast beach sunset scene
View with alternate video source
Scene notes:
Observing the steep jungle headlands, rain is seen on the glowing cliffs, moving under these glowing lower-level clouds, fluffy formations of warm moisture. The Napali Coast has ancient, walk-able trails. Stretching away in shadow now, the foreground is the beach in the lower left. Trees frame the headlands, also left. At right, the ocean is coming in on gentle fast waves, and ‘altostratus’ move left to right in the upper-frame space. The horizon is a mix of colors, like saffron-mango, and sand. The clear sky areas are a Kashmir-blue.
Time-lapse length (30 fps):
7 seconds and 15 frames.
