The short storm (due to the fact that the time of day is morning, and this is likely the remnant of a more active storm from the previous day) plows forward left-right. In the lower third of the frame, the calm ocean waves reflect much of the sky, and many small birds, sandpipers, run around on the sand, mainly halfway through the clip. The low-level clouds which only recently brought rain have largely evaporated, remnants now lit from the reflection of the ocean and filtered pink light. On the beach (bottom right) the sand is where the gentle waves culminate gradually.

… higher clouds at sunset. Post-sunset, underneath the clouds, the light is caught. Moving to the right, a gradual clearing of glowing mid-level clouds give way to Cirrus clouds still bright in the sunset light in the upper-right half of the frame.
