The high Cirrus clouds are tending to clear, as well as the smoke in the window of the canyon beyond where impassable red rock cliffs, scree and degraded side slopes, and colluvium boulder fields dominate the land below.

Where the cloud is staved off, a hill, half-red from volcanic ash and soil, stands out.
