The short storm (due to the fact that the time of day is morning, and this is likely the remnant of a more active storm from the previous day) plows forward left-right. In the lower third of the frame, the calm ocean waves reflect much of the sky, and many small birds, sandpipers, run around on the sand, mainly halfway through the clip.
