Spanning the bay is the bridge, cars speeding along as they always do. As night falls, the lights glow reddish, the blues of blue hour change, and the airplanes take off in the sky, which comprises about a sixth of the frame. Ships are seen coming through the bridge and leaving, such as a tugboat escorting a cargo ship.
