Geysers of Yellowstone venting steam into air with river, meadow behind
Scene notes: The caldera of Yellowstone holds half the world’s known geysers, and here some are here at sunset against a brilliant pinkish sky, as bright as Tabasco color with high clouds of Antique Brass. Car lights can be seen traveling on a distant road. A river runs horizontally through the frame, with the largest plume of water steam at left. Easily approximately 200 ft (70 m), it spans a quarter of the frame. A two second interval is used.
Time-lapse length (30 fps):
8 seconds and 20 frames.
