Incus cumulonimbus clouds at stages
Intervalometry notes: A mature tropical thunderstorm that does not have prevailing winds to push it anywhere, its first plumes have already ascended, slightly too light in density to become a dangerous storm. However, new cells are growing at its left, fed by knock-on effects from the other cell: the developing cell is pushed along by new downdrafts from the shadows of the first, while still being in direct sunlight on its growing areas of convection. Playback length at 30 fps: 7 seconds, 12 frames.
